Social Skill was unexpected and expected behavior. Campers learn to recognize and identify behaviors that are suited for certain situations!

  • Campers began with spot it where they flip over a card and try to spot the item that they have in common on their card, this helps warm them up to identifying pictures with scenarios quickly!

  • Campers played apples and apples where counselors picked out a scenario card and campers are trying to match it to the best of their ability to the scenario. This helps campers recognize unexpected and expected behavior in certain situations.

Campers head towards Clubs before lunch! Sports club played dodgeball, art club made monster creations and science club made catapults!

After campers refueled with lunch they head towards their two choice blocks of the day! Dungeon and dragons, Scooter crab ball and Mission Impossible were the choices today!

We end off the day with steps in the right direction, Steps or step stickers are a chance for campers and counsellors to recognize amazing things that campers have done today. It could be trying out a new sport or being a good friend! Steps are given in the form of paw print stickers!
