Today’s camp wide game is human tracker, where a group of campers and a counselor are the trackers and the other groups are tasked to hide and run from the human trackers. Once you get caught you become a human tracker yourself. Great way to start the day and get the blood flowing.

Today’s social skill was conversations, campers were introduced to F.E.V.E.R. A technique you can use when talking in conversation. You want to Face the person and have Eye contact think about the Voice and tone/ volume you want to convey. As well as an Expression on what you want to portray and to Relax as well. Campers then used F.E.V.E.R to talk and interact with other campers. They then used a sheet to ask questions to campers & counselors to learn how to have better conversations! Campers also try to guess an object that one camper was thinking of by asking them questions using the F.E.V.E.R technique.

Campers head towards their clubs for the day. Sports club played lacrosse, art club made melted beads and science club made catapults!

Campers refuel with lunch and head towards choice block! Today choices are parachute games, artistry trading cards and water games!

We end off the day with steps in the right direction where campers and counselors give steps stickers to anyone who did an amazing thing at camp today!
