Horsemanship V

Welcome to Horsemanship V. Campers team up at foothills academy to sunscreen and bug spray up and we head off to homeplace ranch

Campers make a B-Line for their horses and begin petting as well as combing them. Just like horses we need some self love to perform at our absolute maximum.

After Campers take care of their horses they get quizzed on some facts about horse shoes that theyve learned this week. As well as types of bridles and saddles, after they are ready to saddle up and get into the arena!

Campers saddle up and lead their horses to the arena for some practice before heading out a trail ride!

Campers finished by letting their horses go off lease and feed them apples and carrots! We will see you tomorrow!
